- 10 November 2020 – present: Research Postgraduate PhD Programme Leader for Mathematics, overseeing all the aspects concerning all Mathematics PhD Students (from admission to graduation) within the two PhD Programmes in Mathematics at University of Dundee, namely: the 3-year PhD in Mathematics programme; and the 4-year PhD in Applied Mathematics programme.
- 01 September 2021 – 01 June 2022, Director of Research Postgraduate Studies in School of Science and Engineering (SSEN), overseeing all the aspects concerning research postgraduate studies across all disciplines in SSEN, namely: Computing, All Engineering Disciplines (Biomedical, Civil, and Mechanical), Forensic Studies and Anatomy, Mathematics, and Physics. In this position, I was a member of the Research Committee of School of Science and Engineering, and I represented SSEN at the University of Dundee level on the Doctoral Academy Board.
- 01 July 2016 – 31 October 2020, Taught Postgraduate Programme Leader in Mathematics (i.e., Head of Master Programmes in Mathematics) at the University of Dundee, in this capacity assuming also the roles of Postgraduate Admission and Advisor Tutor in for the three MSc Programmes in Mathematics (MSc in Applied Mathematics, MSc in Mathematical Biology, and MSc in Mathematics for the Financial Sector) as well as for the Postgraduate Diploma in Mathematics.
- Contributions to Internationalization Activities of Mathematics and School of Science and Engineering (SSEN) at University of Dundee:
- January 2017 – present, Internationalization Academic Lead for Mathematics within SSEN (which involved two academic visits per each academic year in China the period from September 2016 to November2019) focused at strengthening and establishing new academic partnerships at both undergraduate, MSc, and PhD levels with mathematics departments in 5 Chinese partner universities: (1) University of Science and Technology Beijing [USTB]; (2) Northeastern University at Qinhuangdao [NEUQ]; (3) Zhejiang University of Technology [ZJUT]; (4) East China University of Science and Technology [ECUST]; and (5) Tianjin Polytechnic University [TJPU];
- September 2017 to September 2019, Academic Lead for the entire SSEN Partnerships with TJPU, ECUST, and USTB (see the abbreviations above);
