  • Mr Gianpaolo Magagnoli – successfully graduated his MSc in Applied Mathematics in September 2024 with the MSc Thesis Research Topic: “Multiscale Modelling and Analysis of Blood Oxygenation Process” which was awarded the prize of Best MSc Dissertation in Applied Mathematics in University of Dundee in 2024.
  • Mr Olawole Oladeji – successfully graduated his MSc in Applied Mathematics in November 2023, with the MSc Dissertation “Periodic Oscillations in age-structured ratio-dependent predator-prey model with Michaelis-Menten type functional response”
  • Mr Isuru Kumarasiri – successfully graduated his MSc in Applied Mathematics in September 2023, with the MSc Dissertation “Parameter Recovery in Fisher’s Partial Differential Equation using Tikhonov Regularization: Analysis, Extensions, and Noise Robustness” which was awarded the prize of Best MSc Dissertation in Applied Mathematics in University of Dundee in 2023.
  • Ms.  Yong Aishah Meor Amri – successfully graduated her MSc in Applied Mathematics in September 2021, with the MSc Dissertation “Multi-scale and Elementary Modelling of Glioblastoma Heterogeneity in Response to Cancer Therapies”
  • Mr. James Lesh – successfully graduated his MSc in Applied Mathematics in September 2021, with the MSc Dissertation “Multiscale Modelling of tumour-virous and immune system interactions”.
  • Mr. Emil Imrith – successfully graduated his MSc in Applied Mathematics in September 2021, with the MSc Dissertation “Geo Navigable Polypedal Robotic Platform (GeoNPRP) Mathematical Modelling”.
  • Mr. Andrei Macarie – successfully graduated his MSc in Applied Mathematics in September 2020, with the MSc Dissertation “Multi-Scale Modelling of Chemo-Viro-Therapy Cancer Treatment” which was awarded the prize of Best MSc Dissertation in Applied Mathematics in University of Dundee in 2020.  
  • Ms. Aisha Tursynkozha – successfully graduated her MSc in Applied Mathematics in September 2020, with the MSc Dissertation “A New Approach to Modelling Cell-Cycle Dynamics and DNA damage During Aberrant Mitosis”.
  • Mr. Yerzhan Tashkenbayev – successfully graduated his MSc in Mathematics for the Financial Sector in September 2020, with the MSc Dissertation: “Black – Scholes Model and Volatility Estimation”.
  • Ms. Serife Erkivanc – successfully graduated her MSc in Applied Mathematics in September 2020, with the MSc Dissertation: “Two-Scale Convergence in Homogenisation Processes”.
  • Ms. Marian Kusi-Appiah – successfully graduated her MSc in Mathematics for the Financial Sector in September 2018, with the MSc Dissertation: “Inverse Problems for Market Volatility”.
  • Dr. Arran Hodgkinson – successfully graduated his MSc in Mathematical Biology in September 2016, with the MSc Dissertation: “Computational Approaches and Analysis for Spatio-Structuro-Temporal Invasive Carcinoma Models”.
  • 01 January – 31 December 2025, Ms Hui Yu, 3rd-year PhD Student in Mathematics, University of Science and Technology Beijing, China, whose visit is fully funded through a prestigious 1-year China Scholarship Council Fellowship (competitively awarded).
